3M Cavilon No-Sting Barrier Film is a hypoallergenic, polymeric solution that forms a lasting, waterproof barrier when applied to intact or damaged skin, protecting it from bodily wastes, fluids, adhesive products, friction, and shear. The product is dispersed in a rapidly drying, nonstinging solvent and is colorless and transparent. It is intended as a primary barrier against irritation from body fluids, such as urine and feces. Non-alcohol formula minimizes stinging and irritation. Under normal use, Cavilon No-Sting Barrier Film requires reapplication once every 48 to 72 hours.
